During the season of 2010-11 you will see the construction of the Tamarack Lodge. This lodge sits right in the middle of the mountain. The huge and stunning dining area will have you looking out over the runs that are serviced by the Tamarack Express lift. This lodge is the biggest renovation that has taken place in the last eight years. There have been other renovation to the resort like better snow making machines, lifts and trails, but this is by far the biggest upgrade the resort has seen.

There are quite a few amenities while staying at Heavenly Mountain resort. When you rent equipment the resort will have it delivered right to your door. There is also the Ante Up terrain which is made up of nothing but recycled materials. Along with these amenities, you will be able to get the pleasure of skiing in two different states.

Along with all the other features that Heavenly Mountain has to offer, you will also have some of the most amazing views. This resort is considered to be the largest mountain resort in the area. It also is known for having the longest vertical drop. On average, Heavenly Mountain will see about 20 feet of snow a year. This is a place that you can take the whole family because there a decent amount of beginner runs. The majority of the trails are for the intermediate skier, but skiers of all different levels can come here and enjoy the trails and lifts.
